Project scope
The refurbishment of this very important facility was undertaken on all three floors of the existing building. Major structural work included the atrium infill, the installation of a new lift shaft, and the construction of a bridge and new retaining wall. Important aspects of the refurbishment included communications and data systems, special security requirements, and extensive workstations and seating.
Scope included
- A complete refurbishment of the building exterior
- External works and an increase in the ground floor area
